8-7/8x11" slightly glossy stiff paper picture features choice Tarzan art by Rex Maxon. Bottom margin has text that reads "Tarzan: Gift Picture No. 1 Of a Series - Tarzan Appears Each Month In Tip Top Comics Magazine - ©1937 By United Features Syndicate Inc." As noted, this is part of a series of four premium pictures (see item #1487) that were obtained w/two "Tip Top Comics" coupons and 10¢. Bit of paperclip oxidation at top center and some scattered corner tip wear but still VF overall. Comes w/copy of original comic book ad. Rare.
