Item Description
7.25x8.75x1" illustrated thin cardboard slipcase contains three books "To Read and Color." Each is 3.75x8.5" softcover w/48 pages. Set No. 684. ©1934 KFS, Inc. Each book is numbered. Book 1 includes "Katzenjammer Kids, Barney Google" and "Little Jimmy"; Book 2 includes "Polly And Her Pals, Little Jimmy" and the "Katzenjammer Kids"; Book 3 includes "Little Annie Rooney, Katzenjammer Kids" and "Polly And Her Pals." Slipcase has 2" tear to interior cardboard (not affecting exterior) and shows some scattered lt. wear but remains tight and VF overall w/strong color. Books have scattered traces of edge wear (mainly at corners) from slipcase removal. A few have small corner chips as a result. Book 3 has slight blue fade to top half as exposed in slipcase, but set is still VF to VF/NM overall and remains unused w/no coloring. An overall choice, high grade example for this set. Rogers M.
