Item Description
3" tall designed to replicate a Grand Army of the Republic Civil War veteran's badge. White marks on eagle was residue now gone. Star design has dark tarnish on one of five arms. Cardboard photo has tiny loss at very top edge with rest of cardboard photo intact and clean. Fine.
