Item Description
Original illustrated cardboard box contains 25.75" wood and pressed cardboard gun w/working ratchet noise, separate handle and two legs for ground use. Rare box features graphics of soldiers firing machine guns and includes side panel photos of boy using toy two different ways. Box shows obvious wear w/heavy moisture staining and 1" and 2x3" holes; 1x2" piece missing from one end flap. Missing inner flaps. Fair/Good. New Enterprises, c. early 1940s. These guns were produced in different colors (see item #874), this is gray color variety. Gun shows lt. wear and is VF overall.
