Item Description
Original cardboard box w/full-color photo paper label contains 12.5" tall cold-cast porcelain statue of Batman archnemesis The Joker in maniacal pose holding skull in one hand, hat in the other. ©1995 DC Comics. Statue sculpted by William Paquet based on designs by Graham Nolan. Limited to 4,650, this is number 4,561 as noted by box label. Box has some lt. wear w/minor color rubs to label, but is o/w Exc. Two-piece statue has separate stone playing card base. Pose brings to mind scene in Shakespeare's Hamlet in which Horatio laments Yorick, box itself includes "...A Fellow Of Infinite Jest, Of Most Excellent Fancy" Shakespeare quote. Mint as factory-sealed and rarely found as such.
