3". Features the U.S. Capitol at center. This is the event where Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. delivered his famous "I Have A Dream Speech". Series of four tiny less than 1/16" surface indentations in the cream field at 10 o'clock below the "I" in "National" that can be seen in reflected light that are mentioned for complete accuracy. Otherwise very minimal surface wear. A pleasing clean example. Exc. displaying Mint. Scarce.
