Item Description
2- 7/8" tall brass pin with text and details in relief. Hanger has large George Washington portrait to symbolize the Washington, D. C. Masonic  Shrine group "Almas Temple" with text above naming their convention destination of
"St. Paul 1908". Loop holds figural depiction of "Teddy" (on lower coat edge) shaking hands with religious figure (with halo) of "St. Paul" (on lower edge of his robe) shown before a pyramid dated below "1908" and below that a large saber inscribed with TR's trademark word "DEE-LIGHTED". Reverse names maker Robbins of Attleboro, Mass. Certainly a very limited issue to D.C. shriners making the long train journey to host Osman Shrine in
St. Paul. A terrific full figure cartoonish image of TR who wears a fez on his head. Minor loss of thin layer of silver flashing so some areas are brass tone.
Extremely Fine. One seen in 49 years.
