Item Description
7" dia. plate w/glasses 3.5 & 3.75" tall. Cartoon portraits of "Smiling Bill" and "Sunny Jim" over a bed of roses w/text in scroll at top reading "An Invincible Combination" and additional text at bottom "National Campaign Opening September 5th, 1908 Youngstown, Ohio." A 1.75" hairline crack extending from the edge at 2 o'clock in to the right edge of Sherman's collar. Otherwise only minor fading of red border. Fine. Rare. Also included are a pair of jugate drinking glasses; the largest features a large eagle at top and the smaller Lady Liberty. Both Exc. displaying Mint.  Julie Powell Collection.
