Item Description
20.5x27". At top "Franklin County Savings Bank And Trust Company At Albans, Vermont." Thin metal band at top and bottom w/paper loop on reverse for hanging. Each side features portraits of ex-presidents w/Jefferson, Washington and Lincoln at top center. Also pictured are images of the Capitol, White House and oval office. At middle are jugate images of the major party candidates for 1928. Additional text lists facts and figures from past elections and a list of Senators. A tiny .25" tear about 4.25" down from the top right side. Otherwise only trivial aging and minor handling wear. Extremely Fine. Julie Powell Collection.
