Item Description
4x8.5" colorful blister card contains flashlight unit by Bantamlite, Inc. ©1967. Card design features large illustration of Captain Astro using flashlight while w/astronauts and rocketship in bkg. Flashlight unit is 2" dia. by .75" deep plastic w/attached vinyl straps. This is rare factory error w/"Superman" flashlight packaged on Captain Astro card. Card is unpunched and price tab at upper right is intact, but has lt. handling wear w/some corner tip wear. Blister remains affixed, but has some areas of loosening, which has allowed some dust in. Fine/VF. Unit flashes three different colors by changing a small lever and as designed, can be tested as packaged although no longer lights. Scattered dust soiling and minor aging to sticker. VF.
