Item Description
9.5x20" cardboard insert features photo image of Christopher Reeve as Superman and comes in original plastic bag w/photo header card, which shows moderate aging/wear/dust soiling. VG. Cardboard insert contains disguise set by Spanish company Josman, which was founded in 1964 and specialized in costuming. Following the release of "Superman" in 1978, Josman released this disguise set in Spain, ©1979 DC Comics Inc. Set consists of thin vacuform plastic mask, vinyl belt w/plastic buckle (featuring photo sticker of Reeve as Superman) and "S" symbol cloth shield. Set was not sold w/suit or cape. Mask has large dent to forehead area and is Fine overall while rest of contents are VF/Exc. Cardboard insert shows some wear and is Fine overall. Franco Toscanini Collection.
