Item Description
Pair of 8.511" original printing concert handbills for Baltimore, MD venues. Double-sided "The Biggest Show Of 1960" handbill for Sept. 16, 1960 concert at the Lyric Theatre that featured Bobby Rydell, Sam Cooke, Bo Diddley, Dion and The Belmonts as well as Chubby Checker and others (w/photos of big acts). Reverse has WITH radio "Official Hall Of Hits" chart w/Chubby Checker's "The Twist" in the number one position. Faint crease at lower right, o/w Exc. Second handbill is for May 10, 1970 concert at the Baltimore Civic Center that featured The Doors, Insect Trust and The Rig. Handbill was printed on a variety of different colored paper, this is yellow variety. Exc.
