Item Description
Original cardboard box w/illustrated lid contains 6" long tin litho jeep. Made in Japan by Exelo, 1950s. Box lid shows lt. wear and box bottom has tiny corner edge split and some creasing. VF. Jeep has clown driver and features elephant on back w/separate attachment designed like a ringed  planet w/"American Circus" text. When in place, this revolves as jeep moves forward. Hood features clown portrait bearing strong resemblance to Howdy Doody's Clarabell. Works but friction slips a bit. Typical scattered loss of silver luster on bumper/hubcaps, pinpoint paint nicks as produced. Remains glossy, Exc. Neat design.
