Item Description
Original cardboard box w/illustrated lid contains 9" long tin litho Pluto w/wheel under head and pair of rear wheels. Marx, ©1939 WDP. Scarce box has even aging and shows scattered wear, including a 2" edge split at corner and 1.75" tear to inner flap. Fine overall but remains very nice for display. Pushing down on Pluto's tail starts the toy forward, his tail raising as the spring unwinds. Works. Complete w/rubber ears. Toy has some scattered paint nicks/scratches but appearance remains totally bright and glossy. Fine overall.
