Item Description
2.5" tall. Raised "Happy" name on front of base w/"Made In Japan" copyright on back. 1938. Metal sharpener unit inside of base. Celluloid has lt. aging w/minute crack on front bottom base edge that is only noticeable upon close inspection. Sharpener is o/w Exc. Scarce.
