Item Description
27 items, mostly pinback buttons, and many of those suspend either a ribbon or a charm of some sort. Group begins with 1942 "Fourth Annual Penna. Women's State Bowling Tournament" with button showing the famous "Horse Shoe Curve/Altoona Penna." Most buttons have similar text naming the location of the event and the year in which it was held. A number of the pieces have a slotted area where a participant's name can be inserted on cardboard. Buttons from 1951, 1952 and in particular 1958 show some stain marks but the other pieces are all extremely clean with vast majority being Exc. to NM.
