Item Description
Set of 12, each 12x19" paper issued by Marvel in-house fan club FOOM ("Friends Of Ol' Marvel") in 1973. Posters include - "Fantastic Four" #82, "Amazing Spider-Man" #68, "Captain America" #111, "Avengers" #4, "Incredible Hulk" #1, "Daredevil" #44, "Thor" #127, "Nick Fury Agent Of Shield" #6, "Sgt. Fury And His Howling Commandos" #50, "Conan" #4, "Silver Surfer" #3 and "Sub-Mariner" #1. Artists include - Kirby, Steranko, Windsor-Smith, Buscema, Colan and Severin. Created by Stan Lee and Jim Steranko, the FOOM fan club published 22 quarterly issues between Feb. 1973 and Feb. 1978. These posters were only available through FOOM. Choice, NM set.
