Item Description
Portfolio contains 12 glossy 11.5x16" prints published in France by Zenda, ©1987 DC Comics. Six full color prints (featuring same Gibbons specialty art seen on French hardcovers, item #1574) and six black/red prints featuring promotional images each character. Comes w/8.25x11.5" print featuring Gibbons' art of the main characters that has been signed by Alan Moore, Dave Gibbons and John Higgins and hand-numbered "112/2000." Moore's autograph is particularly hard to obtain given his reclusive nature, especially "Watchmen" signed material. Portfolio cover has some lt. wear and pinch creases at spine. VF. Contents Exc/NM. Comes w/slipcase containing three portfolios marked "American Covers" (12 glossy 9-7/8x14-7/8" prints of comic covers), "French Covers" (featuring Gibbons' six French cover images) and "Promotional Posters" (six black/red character prints).
