5x8x10" tall tin litho/hard plastic toy by Masudaya, Japan. 1960s. Plain box bottom has moderate aging. Lid also has scattered moderate wear with some light edge creases, dust soiling, 1" tear on top image but this blends. Box still fine and complete with inserts. Toy features large space boy figure atop "Space Scooter." Works with bump-and-go action, engine noise, blinking lights and boy "steers" the scooter. Scattered pinpoint paint nicks as produced.
