6.75x9.25x2.5" thick high quality leather bound hardcover contains complete "Bone" comic book series written and illustrated by Jeff Smith, originally serialized in 55 irregularly released issues from 1991 to 2004. Impressive 1,300+ page volume was published by Cartoon Books, ©2004 Jeff Smith. Pages are in bw and feature gold gilt edges and illustrated map endpapers. Published as a limited edition of 2,000, first page has full color bookplate featuring Fone Bone resting on The Great Red Dragon and bookplate has been signed by Smith in blue ink and has been hand-numbered "1082 Of 2000." NM. 8.25x9-7/8" softcover "Jeff Smith - Before Bone" was published w/benefits going to The Ohio State University Cartoon Research Library. ©2008. Part of a limited edition of 500, edition page has been boldly signed in black felt tip pen by Smith and has been hand-numbered "96." NM. Comes w/two program cards for "Jeff Smith: Beyond Bone" Wexner Center exhibition. 12x18-3/8" print for the 1994 Comic Book Expo in San Diego, CA features same Fone Bone and Great Red Dragon image from first book's bookplate. Smith has signed bottom center in gold paint pen. Some minor handling wear but Exc. overall. From the collection of comics and illustration historian Brian M. Kane.
