Item Description
Figural painted and glazed ceramic lamp is 6" tall to top of Thumper's ear (11" tall to the top of socket) and comes w/original 6.5" tall illustrated cardboard lampshade. Leeds China Co., 1940s. Lamp has incised "Thumper" name and copyright on back of base. Works and complete w/original electric cord. Underside has original felt covering (though most flocking is missing). Exc. Lampshade has some moderate aging and scattered wear w/some creases along seam. .75" long streak of paint on side. Fine. Rare w/shade.
