Item Description
Original 6.25x8.25x2" deep cardboard box w/illustrated lid originally contained 100 packs of five sticks of chewing gum; original sold for 1¢ apiece. Dietz Gum Co. ©1940 WDP. Box lid features great image of Pinocchio w/long tree branch nose holding bird's nest w/smaller Jiminy Cricket image. Sides feature images of Pinocchio w/Geppetto, Figaro and Cleo and another image of him w/schoolbooks. Scattered edge/corner tip wear but Fine overall. Rare and first we've offered in our 49 years.
