6.25x8" letter mounted to cardboard. Dated November 16, 1920 and addressed to "Hon. Hampton Moore Mayor Of Philadelphia" thanking him for his congratulations on the recent victory. Content includes "Philadelphia And Pennsylvania Helped Notably In Securing The Greatest Republican Victory In The History Of The Country." Signed boldly at conclusion "Warren G. Harding". Edged toning and a 1/4x3" long area of light brown staining at the bottom edge. Displays Fine. Comes w/Hake's COA and JSA/LOA.
