Item Description
8.5x13.25" dated April 2, 1818 partially printed document signed "James Monroe" at lower right. Two vertical folds w/a 3/4x2-3/4" tall dark brown stain along the top third of the left fold. Otherwise scattered light brown dots of toning and moderate handling wear. VG. Retains original seal at bottom left. Comes w/Hake's COA and JSA/LOA.
