Item Description
15.5" tall overall depicting the star of Al Capp's famed "Li'l Abner" comic strip. Faint copyright on back, 1940s. A number of "Li'l Abner" characters were made as carnival statues (see following item #1236). Scattered lt. aging/wear, VF overall. Large, impressive and rare. First we've offered in our 49 years. Eric Renner Collection and the example shown on page 168 of his book "American Disguise."
