Item Description
15x21.75" frame contains final page of Universal Pictures Company, Inc. contract that was dated Oct. 18, 1952 and was signed by legendary funnyman Lou Costello as well as his wife Anne Costello. Contract has been double-matted to 7x9.5" and has been framed alongside a double-matted photo of Costello. Contract page has inkstamp w/inked date as well as two faint inkstamped dates. Given the date of this contract, it is likely this contract is related to the 1953 Universal-International Abbott & Costello film "Abbott And Costello Meet Dr. Jekyll And Mr. Hyde," which was filmed between Jan. 26 and Feb. 20, 1953. Photo print has some aging but makes for an Exc. display as professionally double-matted and framed. Comes with Hake's COA and PSA/DNA LOA.
