Item Description
Original mailing envelope w/printed address label contains four 9x12" sheets of textured paper w/7x10" full color prints attached at centers. Premium pictures issued by "Pillsbury" in the 1930s. Envelope shows moderate wear/aging w/entire bottom edge split. Good. Characters pictured include - Shadow and Pop Jenks; Winnie Winkle and Mr. Bibbs; Smitty, Herby and Freckles; Harold Teen and Lillums. Each has facsimile signature of creators - Carl Ed, Martin Branner and Walter Berndt. Some scattered edge wear/aging w/Winnie Winkle picture having upper left corner tip missing from backing paper. Fine/VF overall w/central attached images being Exc. All of these premium pictures are scarce and rare as a set w/the envelope.
