Item Description
12.25x12.25" album cover for John Denver's sixth album "Rocky Mountain High," which was released Sept. 15, 1972. It was his first US Top 10 album (No. 4), propelled by the single "Rocky Mountain High," and in addition reached No. 11 in the UK. Front has been boldly signed in black felt tip pen by Denver, who adds "Peace!" inscription. Cover has some handling wear w/scattered corner creases/foxing and 1.25" area of staining below and to the left of Denver's feet. More moderate moisture staining on back cover, along top margin and at left. Scattered ring wear. VG overall but signature remains Exc. and cover is still nice for display. Comes w/record and inner sleeve. Comes with Hake's COA and Roger Epperson/REAL LOA.
