Item Description
Pair of 11x14" sheets of art paper mounted to 15x20" black artboards. First sheet features 14 different rough sketches of Donald Duck done in black felt tip pen by legendary Disney Ducks artist Carl Barks, who has signed art at lower left. Horizontal fold at center w/slight smudge to two Donald images at upper right. VF/Exc. Second sheet features five rough sketches of Bolivar the rescue St. Bernard, who made his first appearance in the 1936 animate short "Alpine Climbers." Of note, Bolivar is seen howling w/another St. Bernard for total of six characters in five images. Horizontal fold at center but art is o/w Exc. Larger artboards sheets have been mounted to show moderate corner tip wear but if framed, would still make for nice display.
