Item Description
8.5x11" bound script for "Mister Trouble" Sept. 7, 1950 episode of "The Lone Ranger," the last to star Clayton Moore in the title role before John Hart took over the role for 52 episodes. This is Lone Ranger co-creator Fran Striker's personal copy as noted by "Mr Striker" inked notation (not in Striker's hand) at upper right corner of front cover. Script has a number of pencil notations made by Striker throughout script, re-writing some dialogue and making suggestions for better continuity. There are additional pencil numbers of front cover and large "78" in red grease pencil. Front cover was also boldly signed in-person by Clayton Moore, who adds "The Lone Ranger" name. Moore signed this script in Nov. 1999 and died less than one month later. Script cover has some aging along bottom edge. Fine overall w/pages having lt. even aging. Pages are VF. A unique item signed by the actor most closely associated w/the character's history. Comes with Hake's COA.
