Item Description
Virgil Ross (1907-1996) was an American artist, cartoonist and animator best-known for his work on the Warner Bros. animated shorts. Offered here is an 10.5x12.5" sheet of animation paper w/colored pencil drawing of The Grinch as he appeared in the 1966 "How the Grinch Stole Christmas" animated special. This scene is taken directly from the cartoon. Ross has signed in pencil at lower right. Exc.
