Item Description
12x18" artboard has pen and ink w/watercolors original art recreation featuring a number of panels from "Walt Disney's Donald Duck- The Case Of The Missing Mummy," published by Gemstone Publishing in Oct. 2007. Art features Donald being frightened by menacing mummy by Egyptian hawk design w/"The Case Of The Missing Mummy" title under it. Other scenes show Louie wearing detective hat and holding up ticket stub clue, Donald nervously eyeing mummy sarcophagus as noose dangles in bkg. and scene showing Huey and Dewey w/the "Hawkshaw Jr. Detective Kit" and the unmasked mummy - Cleo Patina. Art is by Gladstone/Gemstone Disney artist Patrick Block, who provided the original art for the published story. Block has signed at lower left, adding Disney copyright. Exc. and comes w/reading copy featuring the art this recreation was inspired by.
