Item Description
1-9/16" long by 3/8" dia. c.1910. Small but hefty brass tube designed like a telescope w/black accent around the tube. The smaller end of the tube has an insert with word "France" on the rim. Both read "Georges Boillot And Jules Goux Grand Prix De France 1912 7.6 Leiter Peugeot." First w/image of the men tending to the car and second w/striking image of the car. Minor toning of brass exterior. Exc./NM. Boillot went on to be a fighter pilot and Goux was the first European to win the Indianapolis 500. Rare.
