1.25" to 8" square. Included are: official document declaring "Charles M. Howell" to be the "Duly Elected Delegate" to the DNC (brittle paper w/overall toning, stains and edge loss, Fair); 1908 Delegate's Ticket w/loss of paper on reverse from scrap book mounting and minor handling wear, Fine); gilt stud back watch fob issued to delegates (NM); "Pennsylvania Delegate" badge w/large medal at bottom featuring Liberty Bell on front and text "Equal Rights To All Special Privileges To None" on reverse (ribbon separation at center and has glue repair across bottom of ribbon, Good displaying Fine) and gilt "Delegate" badge featuring large eagle medallion (NM).
