Item Description
Base set of 32 plus three variants, so this is a full set of all 35 different issued in 1933. ACC# R118. Each is 2.25x5.25" piece of paper play money. Fronts feature portrait at center, backs have bio text for that President. These were issued folded and came in a waxed paper wrapper titled "President's Gum." Presidents Washington through FDR are represented. Presidents Coolidge, Hoover and FDR have two different denominations each. Most have just lt. trace of wear/aging. A few are VG but set is mostly EX. An interesting and scarce gum issue. The New England Non-Sports Card Collection.
