Item Description
3.25x6" album has textured paper cover and ten stiff paper pages. Comes with complete set of 29 cards, each 1.5x2.5" with full color country flag design. ACC# R51-1. Issued by Wilbur-Suchard Chocolate Company, 1930s. As noted on card backs, the basic set consisted of 28 cards which were packed w/1¢ chocolate bars. The 29th card featuring the US flag was obtained only after all 28 standard cards were collected and the names of each were sent in. You were then sent the US card as well as the album. Back of US card is blank. Album pages are designed with slots for holding three cards per page (so cards are easily removable). Album has moderate aging w/some staining to cover. Fine. US card has one corner crease, clean but VG. All other cards have lt. aging/lt. corner wear as positioned in the album, but are not creased. Overall EX. The New England Non-Sports Card Collection.
