Item Description
Superbly colored 1.25" w/"Ann St. Badge & Novelty Co." back paper. Depicting full figures of TR in safari outfit clasping the hand of Uncle Sam who embraces him w/an arm around the shoulder. The slogan "Welcome From Elba" eludes to the island where Napoleon was in exile. The rarity of this button is likely due to its being available only for the ceremonies held June 18, 1910 following his ship docking in New York City. Outstanding high grade example w/almost no surface wear. NM displaying Mint.
