Item Description
Sizes are 7/8" to 1.25". First two are c. 1920s buttons for Madame Hendren dolls and pictured are "Whistling Dan" and "Whistling Clown." Third is button from maker Effanbee Doll "Pat-O-Pat." Next is rare button picturing child star Wesley Barry endorsing a line of caps "For Smart Chaps." Next is classic button which came off the Effanbee doll depicting "Edgar Bergen's Charlie McCarthy." Sixth is the classic button which came on the c. 1935 Shirley Temple dolls by Ideal. Also from Ideal is the next button picturing movie star "Deanna Durbin." Last are a pair of Shirley Temple-knockoff dolls. The first with maker name on curl "Oneeda Doll Co." with text "Everybody Loves Little Sweetheart" followed by button by Goldberger with text "Everybody Loves Me 'Little Miss Movie'". Many scarce buttons and all Exc. to Mint.
