Item Description
Sizes are 7/8" for the smallest cello and the other three are litho up to 1-5/8". Group begins with rare button picturing "Silver King" with text from issuer "News Safety Club." This dog made several movie appearances in 1933 and was also the star of personal appearances as part of a safety program for children. He was a grandson of the film industry's first canine movie star named Strongheart. Exc. The remaining three buttons picture the most famous German Shepherd of all and begins with one from a set of movie star buttons featuring his name and "A Warner Bros. Star." From the early 1930s. NM. Next is litho with him placing a paw on a floor model early radio with surrounding text naming him and the radio maker "Atwater Kent." About six tiny paint dots off the very bottom edge and a light hairline scratch between "Rin" and "Tin" at the top. Rest is clean. Fine. Last is the rarest of all and this is a 1" litho for members of the "Rin Tin Tin Club." We are unsure of the sponsor but possibly Ken-L-Ration Dog Food. Exc.
