Item Description
Each is a 13/16" litho with airplane or pilot against color background. Produced by Greenduck and each button is numbered. The six buttons missing from this set are #16, 17, 19, 20, 42, 45. Twelve of the 64 that are here have some tiny dots of paint wear while 52 are NM to Mint. The set includes airplanes going back to the earliest days of aviation and continuing into the early 1930s. Among the famous planes and pilots are Navy Helldiver, Wright Brothers Pusher Plane, Orville Wright, Glenn Curtiss, Eddie Rickenbacker, Lindbergh, Chamberlin, Capt. Frank Hawks, Col. Roscoe Turner, Howard Hughes, and Amelia Earhart. Our last two complete sets each realized around $375. This one is just short by six buttons.
