Item Description
5.75" tall molded papier maché lantern w/eyes/mouth paper insert. This is scarcer gray/black color variety as opposed to the more common red variety. 1940s. Top has been trimmed a bit so holes for wire bail handle are gone. Interior has some wear to paper insert, but this does not affect exterior display. Despite trim, lantern retains fierce look.
