Item Description
Large mint luster frame 2.25" tall with spread-winged eagle atop curved section depicting warship. Small loop below holds second frame accented by wheat sheath at top and anchor below with mint cardboard ovals of Cleveland and Thurman in the center. Luster off the narrow oval frame around Cleveland but all other luster is essentially Mint. Has what seems to be original rwb fabric ribbon fastened to the reverse bar pin.
