Item Description
3.25x6.5" folder which opens to three panels. The interior panels describe the use and responsibilities for those receiving the brass premium badge called the Capt. Midnight Flight Commander Flying Cross. White areas are lightly toned. The interior and back cover areas for the member to sign was very lightly done in pencil with the name barely visible. About 20 times scarcer than the badge itself. VF.
