Item Description
Issued by Ovaltine in 1937 with silver plated finish. Her symbols of crossed keys and initials "ROA" standing for Radio Orphan Annie are on each side. Top has lines of tiny numerals to be decoded using the 1937 decoder. Message translation is "I Am A Silver Star Member Of Orphan Annie's Secret Society And Belong To Her Circle Of Special Friends." Only a little normal tarnish. NM.
