Listed in Sullivan/Fischer as WS-3. 3.5x7.5" thin silk w/subtle floral pattern on each margin. Pictures him w/text "The Hero Of Many Battles/Churubusco/Lundy's Lane/Chippawa. Let Us Die Arms In Hand, Our Country Demands The Sacrifice. Vera Cruz/Cerro/Corda/Mexico." Surface has 9 holes, the largest merely 1/16" and the rest nearly pin size. Only 3 at center far left are barely noticeable. Hairline 1" crease at bottom right corner. Ft. and trivial age tone on upper panel and lower right corner, again barely noticeable. Overall, for this delicate silk, condition is VF. Rare.
