Item Description
Each button is 3.5" with original masking tape (except second item has replacement tape) holding large ribbons in place. The first two buttons are of identical design with the first button faded but clean. Text on the ribbons is also identical but the color combinations of text and ribbon are reversed on each. These are #282 and #283 on pages #488-489. The next two buttons were issued after the Series and both, either on the button or on the ribbon declare the Orioles "World Series Champs." The fourth button has same design as the first two but the third button is a different design of an Oriole holding trophy. This is item #284 from page #490. The fourth button in this group is unlisted in Muchinsky although all four are from the Muchinsky Collection. Minor and minimal age on the ribbons. Fine to Exc. A rare group.
