12.25x17.25" w/text panels left and right reading "Louis E. Kirssin Gettysburg, Pa. Clothing, Shoes Gent's Furnishings." Top edge missing narrow streaks of paint measuring .5", 1" and 1.5" but rest is NM with rich deep color and high gloss. Rim captions tell presidents' name, locations and dates of birth and death plus inaugural dates. Last caption is for McKinley "Inaugurated March 4, 1897."
