Item Description
Original 17x23" illustrated envelope contains advertising displays meant for single store use. 1941. Envelope shows wear w/heavy aging along right side w/some brittleness at this area and along bottom. VG/Fine. Signage includes 13x51.75" and pair of 19.75x30.75" corner signs w/gummed strips on front for placement as window trim. Topper features 25¢ six bottle carrier of Coca-Cola while corner pieces feature picnic basket w/Coke carrier and plates of vegetables and crackers w/bottle of Coke. Kit also includes pair of two-sided signs meant to be strung on wire. First measures 16.25x22.5" and features 25¢ six bottle carrier of Coke w/"Home Refreshment" text while second measures 14.25x16.25" and both sides are different, featuring roast chicken and cold cuts. This was one of 12 food-related signs to be hung. This sign shows some handling wear w/creases and is VF while all else is unused and Exc. Although missing most of the food-related signs, this lot would still make a fine display together.
