Item Description
11/16" and 5/8" lithos by Green Duck Co.. First is 1924 listed as Hake #Com-1 and reads "Workers Party Of America" w/graphic of sickle and hammer at center. Two thin hairline white lines of paint wear at 1 and 7 o'clock. Exc. Second has graphic of miner w/pick axe and reads "Help Mobilize The Young Workers For The Struggle." Indentation affecting miner's hat and a less than 1/16" dot of paint missing on his right shoulder. Otherwise moderate wear consistent w/daily use. Good. The Workers Party Of America was founded in 1921 and only lasted until 1929. See enamel in next lot. Ted Watts Collection.
