Item Description
William Z. Foster and C. E. Ruthenberg were arrested when the federal government raided the 1922 Communist Party convention in Bridgman, MI. Issued by the Labor Defense Council in 1923 to support legal costs associated w/their trials. High grade condition w/only four less than 1/32" dots of missing paint at extreme edges. NM. Rare.
